Speaking at the event, Mr. Bui Anh Dao, Deputy General Director in charge of the Construction Division of BIM Group, stated: Thanh Phu Centre Point is not conceived as a conventional real estate project, but as an integrated commercial urban development, where living, business, services, and entertainment functions are developed in a synchronized and unified manner within a single master plan.

Representing the local authorities, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ben Luc Commune, assessed that the project holds a strategic position within the commercial corridor connecting Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta region. It is also regarded as a driving force for economic and service sector development, contributing to the realization of the goal to upgrade Ben Luc to a Grade-III urban area by 2030.

Commitment from strategic partners

The event not only marks the commencement of the project but also demonstrates the strong alignment between BIM Land and its strategic partners in the construction sector. The two main contractors, Hoa Binh Construction Group and Khang Thanh Construction, have committed to ensuring project progress, quality, and construction safety throughout the entire development.

This also represents a milestone extending more than 12 years of collaboration between BIM Land and Hoa Binh Construction Group - a partnership built on trust and shared development standards.

Continuing BIM Land’s “destination creation” philosophy

Thanh Phu Centre Point is the next step for BIM Land in its steadfast pursuit of the “destination creation” model. Rather than developing a standalone project, BIM Land aims to create a space with intrinsic utility value, where living, business, and experiential activities can take place organically and sustainably. The focus lies not merely on the physical structures, but on cultivating an urban environment with long-term vitality - capable of self-sustained operation and growth over time, while contributing positively to the local socio-economic landscape.

Thanh Phu Centre Point is expected to become a new commercial and service nucleus, helping to shape the urban identity and generate growth momentum for the western gateway area of Ho Chi Minh City.
