BIM Group Completes the Royal Square Vientiane Integrated Complex in Laos

Royal Square Vientiane is an integrated ecosystem comprising a five-star hotel complex, Grade A office space, and a shopping center located in the heart of Vientiane, Laos.

On June 25, 2026, Royal Square Center officially opened its doors in the capital city of Vientiane, Laos, marking the next milestone in the development of Royal Square Vientiane – an integrated complex featuring five-star hotels, a shopping center, and Grade A office space, invested in and operated by Vientiane Investment Development Co., Ltd., a joint venture between the Ministry of Public Security of Laos and BIM Group.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Public Security of Laos, local authorities, relevant government agencies, business partners, tenants, and representatives of BIM Group.

Following the establishment of Crowne Plaza Vientiane, Holiday Inn & Suites Vientiane, and the Grade A office tower, the official launch of Royal Square Center completes a fully integrated ecosystem developed in the heart of Vientiane. While the five-star hotels have set new benchmarks for accommodation, conferences, and international-standard services, and the Grade A office tower has introduced a modern workplace environment, Royal Square Center brings a vibrant retail and dining experience that complements the entire development.

Royal Square Center has been conceived as a curated commercial and lifestyle destination seamlessly integrated within the mixed-use office and hospitality complex. Here, visitors can meet, dine, enjoy a cup of coffee, shop, select gifts, experience a variety of services, and unwind. The destination serves hotel guests, the business community within the office tower, local residents, tourists, international professionals, and the brands operating across Vientiane.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cuong, Deputy Director of BIM Group's Laos Branch, emphasized: "Some developments are built to meet the demands of today. Others are created with the aspiration to contribute to the character and evolution of a city for years—even decades—to come. That is the vision BIM Group has consistently pursued in Laos."

According to him, the greatest value of a development is not measured by the square meters it delivers, but by the lasting value it creates for the city and its communities. Through Royal Square Center, BIM Group envisions Royal Square Vientiane continuing to evolve into a world-class ecosystem of commerce, hospitality, and accommodation, contributing to the emergence of a vibrant new destination in the heart of Vientiane.

Royal Square Center also stands as a testament to BIM Group's long-term investment commitment in Laos. Through this development, BIM Group aims to continue supporting Vientiane's urban growth while contributing to the enduring friendship between Vietnam and Laos through meaningful, practical, and sustainable cooperation.

Looking ahead, Royal Square Center will continue to evolve as an open destination where international and local brands grow together, where contemporary experiences harmoniously blend with local culture, and where every visitor can find a reason to return.
