On April 28, BIM Group and BIDV signed a credit agreement for a social housing project at Polygon 3, Halong Marina, Bai Chay Ward, Quang Ninh Province. The signing marks the latest milestone in a partnership established in 2005 and strengthened through a series of projects across aquaculture and agriculture, hospitality, renewable energy and real estate.
At the ceremony, Mr. Doan Quoc Huy, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of BIM Group, said BIM aims to help reshape perceptions of social housing by delivering a project with a better living environment, well-developed social infrastructure and practical value for residents.
