Within the framework of the Forum “The Real Estate Market in a New Phase”, Thanh Xuan Valley - a project developed by BIM Land, a member of BIM Group was honored at the 2025 Livable Project Awards in two categories: Livable Project and Outstanding Green Project.
Architect Pham Thanh Tung – Chief of Office and Standing Executive Committee Member of the Vietnam Association of Architects, and Prof. Dr. Dang Thi Kim Chi – Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Association for the Conservation of Nature and Environment, presented commemorative medals to the representatives of the projects awarded Outstanding Green Project.
The program is organized by Business Forum Magazine under the direction of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), with an independent selection council comprising leading experts in urban planning, real estate, and environmental fields. Projects are assessed based on a rigorous set of criteria, combining comprehensive document appraisal with on-site surveys.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Sy Hung – President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), and Architect Do Viet Chien – Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA), presented commemorative medals to the representative of Thanh Xuan Valley project, winner of the Residential Development category.
Recognition in the Livable Project category demonstrates that Thanh Xuan Valley meets high standards in terms of living space quality, harmonious master planning, and the capacity to foster a sustainable residential community. Meanwhile, the Outstanding Green Project distinction reflects a development orientation grounded in environmental responsibility, respect for the natural landscape, and a long-term commitment to residents’ quality of life.
