During the gala, the PropertyGuru Vietnam named BIM Land's projects in significant categories. In particular, the Park Hyatt Phu Quoc Residences earned the Best integrated resort development; at the same time, Sailing Club Signature Resort Phu Quoc got the Best resort architectural design.
Other BIM Land projects that received excellent ratings from the jury were the Marina Bayfront District project in the Best mixed-use development category and the Marina Bayfront Towers in the Best condo architectural design category.
This is the 2nd year in a row BIM Land has been honored in the Special Recognition of (CSR) category for its persistent and silent dedication to society, through the CSR activities of BIM Land in particular and BIM Group in general.
Ms. Vu Thanh Thuy, Head of the Marcom Department of BIM Group, shared: "BIM Care - The CSR program of BIM Group was created during the pandemic and has continuously been implemented until now, with the criterion of not being pretentious and focus on being practical. In 2022, BIM Care targets disadvantaged members of society, particularly children. Furthermore, we continue to inspire people about the quality and elite lifestyle through community sports tournaments certified to international standards."
In 2021, through the BIM Care program, BIM Land and BIM Group contributed to supporting more than 200,000 households in the southern provinces by applying the "food to eat, oxygen to breathe" and " kill two birds with one stone" when buying agricultural products from farmers in neighboring provinces and moving directly to isolated areas because of the pandemic.
In 2022, BIM Care carried on to work with Newborns Vietnam to organize training courses on skills to lower the risk of newborn mortality for the local health sector in hard-to-reach areas. BIM participates in numerous relevant social and sporting events to spread the idea of healthy living and encourage sports participation in the community.
The triathlon BIM Group 5150 Phu Quoc 2022 - Best In Me, part of the renowned global IRONMAN system, will be held for the first time in Phu Quoc this November. BIM will also collaborate with Newborns Vietnam to host a Charity Run during this event.
PropertyGuru Vietnam is part of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards system, which took place for the first time in 2005. Asia Property Awards, with a jury of professionals comprising architects, designers, and international real estate consulting businesses, are considered an industry "measurement" to evaluate the reputation of investors and real estate projects. The nominated projects must go through 3 rounds: the application round, the survey round, and the final evaluation round by the expert panel.
