BIM Group has announced a strategic partnership with Leisure & Entertainment Operation Services (LEOS) and Global Leisure & Entertainment (GLE) to develop and operate Phu Quoc Marina Water Park, a large-scale water-based attraction planned as part of the Phu Quoc Marina integrated resort complex.
The project is scheduled for phased development, with an anticipated opening toward the end of 2027, subject to project milestones and readiness for the high-demand festive season. It is envisioned as a major family-oriented entertainment destination serving both domestic and international visitors.
As the project developer, BIM Group continues its long-term commitment to building integrated destinations in Phu Quoc, combining hospitality, leisure, and lifestyle experiences. Phu Quoc Marina Water Park is designed to complement the broader Phu Quoc Marina ecosystem, reinforcing the island’s position as one of Vietnam’s leading resort destinations.
Under the cooperation, GLE will provide advisory and consultancy services across feasibility, design management, project coordination, and pre-opening operational planning, while LEOS will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the water park, focusing on safety, service quality, and guest experience.
The partnership was formalized through the signing of an Operations Management Agreement (OMA) between representatives of BIM Group, LEOS, and GLE.
