Organized under the direction and patronage of the Ministry of Construction, the Vietnam National Real Estate Awards celebrate enterprises and projects that have made outstanding contributions to the stable, transparent, and sustainable development of Vietnam’s real estate market.

Being recognized simultaneously in three categories reflects BIM Land’s comprehensive capabilities across the real estate value chain — from master planning and product development to partnerships with international brands, operational management, and the creation of long-term value for local communities, customers, and investors.

Rather than adopting a conventional real estate approach, BIM Land pursues a destination-making model that integrates planning, products, amenities, services, and operations within a cohesive ecosystem. From international resort destinations in Phu Quoc and emerging urban developments in Quang Ninh and Tay Ninh to distinctive destinations such as Thanh Xuan Valley, BIM Land focuses on creating places capable of attracting residents, visitors, capital flows, and economic activities over the long term.

Today, BIM Land’s portfolio spans key locations including Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Tay Ninh, Phu Quoc, Khanh Hoa, Gia Lai, Phu Tho, and Vientiane, Laos. The company also collaborates with leading international brands in hospitality, resort management, operations, and retail, including Hyatt, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Sailing Club Leisure Group, The Ascott, Fraser Hospitality, AEON MALL, Lotte, and Central Retail. These partnerships contribute to elevating product standards while establishing a foundation for internationally benchmarked living, hospitality, commercial, and service experiences.

In particular, BIM Land’s expertise in developing globally branded resorts and operating premium tourism destinations has become a distinctive advantage as the company expands into next-generation urban developments. Hospitality-driven thinking is translated into spatial planning, amenity design, community building, and operational management, creating products that deliver genuine utility, sustainable commercial potential, and enduring market appeal.

A BIM Land representative shared: “This award recognizes the direction that BIM Land has steadfastly pursued over many years: creating destinations that generate long-term value for customers, investors, and local communities. We do not simply develop real estate; we aspire to build places with a distinctive identity, operated to international standards, celebrating local culture, and delivering living, hospitality, and commercial experiences that stand the test of time.”

Thanh Phu Centre Point: A new commercial hub in western Ho Chi Minh City

Thanh Phu Centre Point commercial and service urban area is envisioned as a key commercial destination at the western gateway of Ho Chi Minh City

Thanh Phu Centre Point was ranked third in the Top 10 Most Promising Commercial Housing Projects in Vietnam category, marking an important milestone in BIM Land’s urban development journey.

Located at the western gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, Thanh Phu Centre Point is envisioned as a new center for commerce, experiences, and festivals, where residential, commercial, service, entertainment, and community functions are integrated within a unified master plan.

The project is being developed as an integrated urban model in a highly connected location, responding to growing demand for expanded living spaces, population movement, and the emergence of new consumption centers within the corridor linking Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. Components such as a shopping center, central park, landscape lake, event plaza, commercial and service facilities, and entertainment amenities are expected to help establish a vibrant, modern, and high-potential urban lifestyle at the city’s western gateway.

Phu Quoc Marina: An international-scale resort and entertainment destination

The Phu Quoc Marina resort and entertainment complex has become a familiar destination for both domestic and international visitors to Phu Quoc Island

If Thanh Phu Centre Point represents BIM Land’s urban development capabilities, Phu Quoc Marina serves as a compelling testament to the company’s ability to create tourism and resort destinations of international scale. Securing second place in the Top 10 Best Tourism, Resort and Entertainment Urban Developments in Vietnam category not only recognizes the scale of the Bai Truong project but also affirms Phu Quoc Marina’s role in shaping an integrated tourism and hospitality ecosystem, contributing to the elevation of Phu Quoc’s position on the regional tourism map.

At Phu Quoc Marina, international hospitality brands, entertainment offerings, dining experiences, events, and tourism activities are interconnected within a unified ecosystem, broadening Phu Quoc’s tourism appeal beyond traditional beach holidays to a modern integrated destination model. The presence of globally recognized brands and a diverse service ecosystem has helped establish Phu Quoc Marina as a highly attractive destination for visitors while contributing to the broader development of Vietnam’s tourism industry.

As Vietnam’s real estate market enters a new phase of development — where real value, operational excellence, and community-building capabilities are increasingly important benchmarks — the recognition received at the Vietnam National Real Estate Awards not only reflects the achievements of a completed chapter but also underscores the direction BIM Land remains committed to pursuing: developing real estate as a process of destination creation, where people, experiences, and long-term value are placed at the center.
