AGREEMENT BETWEEN BIM LAND AND LOTTE VIETNAM ON THE FIRST LOTTE MART IN HA LONG BAY

BIM LAND Joint Stock Company, a key subsidiary of BIM Group signed the cooperation agreement with LOTTE Vietnam Corporation on investing in the first LOTTE Mart in Halong Marina, Halong city, Quang Ninh province on the 8th November 2019.

LOTTE Mart Halong locates on Hoang Quoc Viet street, a main road in Halong Marina at the center of Halong city, Quang Ninh province. With a total investment of 750 billion VND in a 30,000 m2 site area, Lotte Mart will include 3 to 5 floors and a basement building with over 50,000 product lines ranging from food, clothing, household and electricity goods... LOTTE Mart Halong will be the first and largest international hypermarket not only in Halong Marina - the international resort, entertainment and residence megacity, but also in Halong city, Quang Ninh province. Lotte Mart Halong is expected to be fully functioned in 2021.
