Grand Bay Ha Long New World – Hotel Villas is the third project of BIM Land to receive this prestigious international certificate.
After InterContinental Residences Ha Long Bay and Park Hyatt Phu Quoc Residences, Grand Bay Ha Long is the next project of BIM Land, a member of BIM Group, to receive the EDGE Green building certificate.

Specifically, according to the evaluation of the EDGE system, Grand Bay Ha Long New World saves 31% of energy, 27% of water, and 30% of material energy. In addition, by its design, the project is recognized to reduce emissions of 5,086 tons of CO2 into the environment each year .
Grand Bay Ha Long New World - Hotel Villas project is designed by WATG (Wimberly Allision Tong & Goo), a leading US design unit with 70 years of experience for many luxury hotels and resorts in the world. Inspired by the Southern California style, the architecture of the coastal residence creates consistent luxury, generous space, and facilities according to international 5-star resort standards.
EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) is a green building solution of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Organization, including a software system for optimizing materials and protecting the environment right from the design stage in conjunction with experts - issue a global certificate for the project to use resources efficiently, lead to green engineering solutions, and at the same time have the ability to reduce investment costs for the project.
